Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Eivisat is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@eivisat.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once it’s been fulfilled.

In such cases, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No restocking fee apply.
