A: No, currently Eivisat only ships within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

A: Orders are processed within 1 business day, and standard shipping takes 2-4 business days after processing.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders across the U.S. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, so don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter!

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also contact us if you need help.

Q: I entered the wrong address – can I update it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at support@eivisat.com. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
