Shipping Area

At this time, Eivisat only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or deliver to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

Delivery Time and Shipping Fee

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

To track your order at any time:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the order has shipped.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Eivisat is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@eivisat.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once it’s been fulfilled.

If a package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

• Check with neighbors or building management
• Verify the address entered during checkout
• Contact the shipping carrier for more details

• P.O. Boxes

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We gladly accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your Eivisat product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 180 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 180 days of receiving your order.
• Change of Mind (Specific Conditions Apply): While we strive for your satisfaction, returns due to a change of mind may be accepted on a case-by-case basis within 180 days of receiving your order. In such cases, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No restocking fee apply.

Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Refunds

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Personalized or Custom-Made Items: As these Eivisat mugs, tumblers, or t-shirts are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless they are damaged or defective.
• Items on Sale or Clearance: Unless otherwise stated, items purchased during a sale or clearance event are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Items Not in Original Condition: Any item that is not in its original packaging, has been used, washed, or damaged after receipt (unless due to a manufacturing defect) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@eivisat.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (such as photos for damaged or incorrect items).
2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your Eivisat item.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) or secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned Eivisat product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a damaged, defective, or incorrect Eivisat item for the same product, please indicate this in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

While we strive for your satisfaction with all Eivisat products, certain items are not eligible for return. These may include:

• Personalized or Custom-Made Eivisat Items: Items that have been specifically customized or personalized for you cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
• Intimate Apparel and Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed), and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Downloadable Software or Digital Products: Once purchased, downloadable software or digital products from Eivisat are generally non-refundable.
• Gift Cards: Eivisat gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
• Final Sale or Clearance Eivisat Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are typically not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return of your Eivisat purchase, please follow these simple steps:

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Exchanges of Eivisat Items

Currently, we primarily offer refunds for returned Eivisat items. If you wish to exchange an Eivisat item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired Eivisat item.

Damaged or Defective Eivisat Items

If you receive a damaged or defective Eivisat item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@eivisat.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for your Eivisat product.
