At this time, Eivisat only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or deliver to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the order has shipped.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Eivisat is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@eivisat.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once it’s been fulfilled.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the address entered during checkout
- Contact the shipping carrier for more details

Shipping Restrictions
Eivisat currently does not ship to:
