At Eivisat, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase of our unique mugs, durable tumblers, and stylish t-shirts. We understand that occasionally, you might need to return an item. Please read our refund policy carefully below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We gladly accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your Eivisat product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 180 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 180 days of receiving your order.
  • Change of Mind (Specific Conditions Apply): While we strive for your satisfaction, returns due to a change of mind may be accepted on a case-by-case basis within 180 days of receiving your order. In such cases, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No restocking fee apply.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Refunds

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: As these Eivisat mugs, tumblers, or t-shirts are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Items on Sale or Clearance: Unless otherwise stated, items purchased during a sale or clearance event are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Any item that is not in its original packaging, has been used, washed, or damaged after receipt (unless due to a manufacturing defect) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@eivisat.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (such as photos for damaged or incorrect items).
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your Eivisat item.  
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) or secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.  
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned Eivisat product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.  

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a damaged, defective, or incorrect Eivisat item for the same product, please indicate this in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
